Times
Each product is made artisanally: its preparation time appears on its own page. Carrier transit time, shown with the chosen shipping option, is added to it.
Orders with several products ship together once the last one is ready.
Delivery and issues
Delivery is made to the address in your order. If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and contact us by email at the contact address shown in the identification above (being activated) or in writing to the registered address as soon as you can; the shop handles transport incidents.
