What data is processed, and why
Only the data needed for what you request:
- Orders: name, shipping address, email and contact phone, plus the order details — to prepare, ship and charge it and to meet tax obligations.
- Payment: processed by Stripe; this shop never sees or stores card numbers.
- Trade (B2B) enquiries: the form data, to answer your request.
- There is no newsletter, no advertising, no profiling, and data is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations (invoicing and tax) and, for the trade form, your consent when submitting it.
Recipients
Data is shared only with those needed to serve you: Stripe (payment processor), the carrier delivering your order and the owner’s accountants for tax obligations. It is never sold or shared for other purposes. No international transfers take place beyond those required for payment, covered by Stripe’s safeguards.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as tax and warranty obligations require (generally up to 6 years). Trade enquiries, for the duration of the relationship or until you request deletion.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us by email at the contact address shown in the identification above (being activated) or in writing to the registered address and proving your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
