Scope
These terms govern purchases of Mota & Nudo products through this site by consumers in the countries shown at checkout. Confirming an order implies accepting them.
Products and prices
Each product page describes the item, its materials and, where relevant, its usage warnings. Items are made artisanally and may show small variations from the pictures.
Prices are shown in euros with taxes included. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.
Ordering and payment
You order by adding products to the cart and completing the shipping and payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider: card details travel encrypted straight to Stripe and this shop never sees or stores them.
After confirming you will see a summary with your order number. If a product cannot be supplied, you will be informed and refunded.
Shipping and delivery
Preparation times appear on each product page, and the available shipping options — with price and destination — are shown at checkout. Details are in the shipping policy.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 calendar days of receipt, as detailed in the returns policy. Products personalised to your specifications are excluded by law.
Legal guarantee
Products enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years from delivery for purchases in Spain (a minimum of 2 years elsewhere in the EU, depending on the country). For any lack of conformity, contact us by email at the contact address shown in the identification above (being activated) or in writing to the registered address and it will be repaired, replaced, discounted or refunded as appropriate.
